About
The 24th Division War Memorial is a First World War memorial in Battersea Park, designed by Eric Kennington and unveiled in 1924. It commemorates the 24th Division, which served on the Western Front from 1914-1918 and suffered over 35,000 casualties. The memorial features three bronze infantry soldiers in full kit, mounted on a Portland stone base inscribed with divisional unit badges.
