If you use the favourites feature, your list is stored in your browser's local storage on your device only — it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and you can clear it at any time by removing your favourites or clearing your browser data.

How long we keep it
We do not currently collect analytics data. We keep emails and enquiries for as long as needed to deal with your query and a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the Site:
- Cloudflare — hosts the Site and may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the Site secure.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved data transfer mechanisms) are in place.
