Hammersmith Library is a Grade II listed building constructed in 1905 by architect Henry Hare, featuring decorative sculptures by F. E. E. Schenck on its façade depicting figures representing Literature, the Arts, Spinning, and Astronomy, as well as statues of John Milton and William Shakespeare.
