The London Transport Museum is based in Covent Garden and hosts exhibits relating to the heritage of London's transport. It operates from two sites: the main Covent Garden location open daily (except Christmas) and the London Transport Museum Depot in Acton, open on scheduled visitor days. The museum also runs Hidden London guided tours to disused underground stations and wartime shelters.
